Terms of Service
Updated October 21, 2026. Version 2026-10-21.3. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Roadster AI Video.
1. Operator and eligibility
Roadster AI Video is operated by Chen Wenjian, an individual operator in China. Contact: support@roadsteraivideo.xyz. You must be 18 or older to use the service. By signing in or buying credits you accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use) and the Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy).
2. The service
You upload a photo of a car and choose one of two preset scenes: Roadster Ramp (one car photo, a 12-second clip of the car climbing a curved ramp, flipping and landing on thrusters) or Make My Car Fly (a car photo plus a photo of the driver, a 10-second clip of the driver getting in before the car launches into the sky). Clips are vertical 9:16 MP4 files with AI-generated sound and no music, made by ByteDance Seedance models through APIMart. AI output varies: the car’s exact details, the driver’s likeness, wheels, number of thrusters and motion are not guaranteed, and generation time varies.
3. Not affiliated
This is an independent tool inspired by a public trend. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, Elon Musk, ByteDance, TikTok, CapCut or Higgsfield. Clips do not show a real Tesla Roadster and badges are hidden on purpose.
4. Your photos and permission
Upload only photos you have the right to use: a car you own or may use, and as a driver yourself or an adult who agreed to be in this clip. No public figures and no minors. You keep your rights in your photos and grant us the limited permission needed to store, process with the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, review and deliver your request. You are responsible for how you share the result.
5. Prices and credits
HD clips are sold as one-time USD packs: 1 HD clip for $9.90, 3 HD clips for $24.90, 10 HD clips for $69.00. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Each HD clip (Seedance 2.5, 720p, no watermark) uses 1 clip credit, whichever scene you choose. Clip credits are personal, non-transferable, not cash and do not expire while the service operates. Taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.
One-time payment authorization
Each purchase authorizes only the one-time total shown at checkout. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record. Credits are delivered to your account after verified payment confirmation; a browser redirect is not proof of payment.
6. Failed and declined clips
Starting an HD clip reserves 1 clip credit. If the clip fails, or a safety check declines a photo, the prompt or the result, the clip credit returns to your balance automatically. If a provider result is uncertain we reconcile it before returning credits or starting again; we do not silently resubmit.
7. Refunds
You can request a refund of unused clip credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@roadsteraivideo.xyz with your account email and order reference. Finished clips are not refundable because the model cost has been paid, but a clearly broken result can be reviewed. See /refund-policy.
8. Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break it, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
9. Output use
Every finished clip is AI-generated. As between you and us, you may use your finished clips for personal and social posting, subject to third-party rights, platform rules and provider terms; disclose that the clip is AI-generated where a platform or law requires it. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs and carry no copyright or trademark clearance guarantee.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Law, changes and closure
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in China, without removing mandatory protections where you live. We announce material changes at least 14 days ahead where practicable. If we close the service, unused paid credits are refunded proportionally. Contact: support@roadsteraivideo.xyz.
