Privacy Policy
Updated October 21, 2026. Version 2026-10-21.3. This policy explains what Roadster AI Video (roadsteraivideo.xyz) processes, which providers process it, and for how long.
1. Operator and contact
Roadster AI Video is operated by Chen Wenjian, an individual operator in China, who is the data controller for this service. Privacy requests, account deletion, safety reports and support: support@roadsteraivideo.xyz.
2. Information we process
Account name, email, authentication identifiers and session cookies; the car photo and, for Make My Car Fly, the driver photo you upload (we re-encode them as JPEG, which removes EXIF and GPS metadata); generated clips; job, safety-review and credit records; payment references, amounts and status; support emails; and security logs such as IP address, browser metadata and request times. Full card details are handled by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners, not stored by us. We do not use face recognition to identify people.
3. Accounts
Our website uses Better Auth to handle Google sign-in, Google One Tap, and email-and-password sign-up. Email sign-up does not send a verification email, so an email address alone does not prove mailbox ownership; account recovery and privacy requests require additional ownership checks; a matching email address alone is not sufficient. Automatic Google linking requires both Google and the existing website account to have verified the same email address. Unverified website accounts are not automatically linked. Password hashes and account records are stored in our Neon database; passwords are never sent to AI providers.
4. Why we process it
To run your account, make and deliver the clips you request, process purchases, prevent abuse and fraud, answer support requests, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interest in a safe service, and legal obligations. Optional analytics runs only after consent.
5. Providers and AI models
Vercel hosts the website. Neon stores application and authentication records. Cloudflare R2 stores private photos and clips. To make a clip, your car photo is sent through a short-lived private link to APIMart, which runs ByteDance Seedance 2.5 (seedance-2.5). For Make My Car Fly, your driver photo is first registered in APIMart’s private portrait-asset library, which APIMart requires for real faces; that library is operated on ByteDance Volcengine Ark infrastructure in mainland China. APIMart returns the finished clip, which we copy to our private storage. SeeAPI checks photos and sampled video frames for unsafe content. Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for payments and provides Prompt Sift text screening. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools receive no personal data from us.
6. Storage and retention
Photos and clips are private: they are never shown in a public gallery and are only accessible from your signed-in account. They are deleted from our storage 30 days after creation by a scheduled cleanup job, or earlier when you delete a clip in My videos. Driver portraits registered with APIMart are kept under APIMart’s terms. Job and moderation records are kept for 90 days, security logs for 90 days, support emails for 90 days after resolution, and payment and credit records for the period required by tax and accounting law. Deleting our copy does not erase files you downloaded or copies retained by providers under their own terms.
7. Model training and sharing
We do not sell personal information, do not use your photos or clips to train models, and do not publish them or use them in marketing. Example clips on this site were made from an AI-generated car and an AI-generated person. External providers process data under their own terms; we do not promise provider-side zero retention.
8. International processing and security
Our providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and mainland China. We use HTTPS, private storage, short-lived signed links, ownership checks and server-side credentials. No system is completely secure; where required by law we notify affected people and authorities of qualifying breaches.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@roadsteraivideo.xyz from your account email. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. The service is for adults 18+.
10. Changes
We announce material changes on this page at least 14 days before they take effect where practicable; urgent legal or security changes may apply sooner.
