Why clips are not free
Each clip is a new 720p render on Seedance 2.5, which costs us roughly a quarter to a third of the price you pay, before payment fees. We tested a cheaper model and it dropped details like the four thrusters, so we sell only the better one.
Refunds
Failed or declined clips go back to your balance automatically. Unused clips can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Details in the Refund Policy.

Pricing FAQ
01Is there a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment in US dollars. Nothing renews, and unused clip credits never expire.
02Do both templates cost the same?
Yes. One HD clip of Roadster Ramp (12 s) or Make My Car Fly (10 s) uses one clip credit: $9.90 on its own, $8.30 in the 3-pack, $6.90 in the 10-pack.
03Is there a free trial?
No. Each clip is a new render on Seedance 2.5 that costs us real money. Watch the examples with their input photos first; if a clip fails, the credit comes back automatically.
04Does a failed render still cost me?
No. If a clip fails, or a safety check declines a photo or the result, the clip credit returns to your balance automatically. A finished clip you simply do not like is not credited back, but a clearly broken one can be reviewed by email.
05Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unused clips within 14 days of purchase: email support with your account email and order reference. Details are in the Refund Policy.
06What happens to my photos?
They stay private in your account and are deleted with the clips 30 days after upload, or earlier when you delete a clip. They are never used for training or marketing.
