Acceptable Use Policy

Updated October 21, 2026. Version 2026-10-21.3. Roadster AI Video makes short AI-generated stunt clips from a photo of a car and, for Make My Car Fly, a photo of the driver. These rules apply to every photo and every generated video.

Who and what may appear

Upload only a car you own or have permission to use. As a driver, upload only yourself or an adult (18+) who agreed to appear in this clip. Photos of public figures (including Elon Musk), celebrities, politicians and anyone under 18 are not allowed, and so are photos taken without the person’s knowledge. Car photos must not contain people.

Prohibited content

The following are prohibited in photos and outputs: (1) pornography, nudity or sexual (NSFW) content; (2) graphic violence or gore, including staged crashes that injure people; (3) hate speech or extremist content; (4) child-unsafe content, including any sexualisation of minors (CSAM); (5) non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes and impersonation, including face swaps, undressing, intimate scenes or falsely presenting fictional actions as a real person’s actual experience; (6) copyright or trademark infringement, including logos, protected characters or footage you do not own. Harassment and encouragement of self-harm or dangerous real-world stunts are also prohibited.

AI-generated content

Fictional AI stunt effects featuring yourself or a consenting adult (18+) are permitted when clearly disclosed as AI-generated fiction, subject to the restrictions above. Every clip made here is AI-generated and fictional. The service only places the car and the driver from your own photos into one of two preset stunt scenes; prompts are fixed by us and you cannot type your own. It has no face-swap, undressing, intimate-scene or speech features. Do not present a clip as real footage, as a real vehicle capability or as a real Tesla product.

Safety review

Every uploaded photo is checked by SeeAPI image moderation. The prompt sent to the video model is checked against our prohibited-terms list and by Waffo Prompt Sift semantic screening, and the model provider runs its own input check. Driver portraits also pass the provider’s portrait-asset review. Every finished clip is checked by SeeAPI sampled-frame video moderation before you can watch it. Missing, failed or inconclusive checks never approve a clip. Automated checks can miss content; reports are reviewed by the operator.

Reporting channel

Anyone can report a clip, an unauthorized use of their likeness or car, a copyright concern or other safety issue, or appeal a moderation decision, by emailing support@roadsteraivideo.xyz. You do not need an account. Include the relevant page or clip reference, a description and a reply email. Do not email illegal imagery, passwords or card details. The channel is handled by the operator, Chen Wenjian, China.

Report handling and response timelines

We acknowledge reports within 2 business days of receipt and complete an initial review within 7 business days. If a complex case needs more time we send a progress update within those 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday in China Standard Time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays in China. Serious concerns may lead to restricted access while review is pending.

Enforcement

We may block requests, remove or restrict access to content, suspend accounts and adjust credits under our Terms and Refund Policy. Mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.
